Privacy Policy

Taji Zuri ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the staff portal collects and why.

What we collect

• Account info: username, hashed 4-digit PIN, role, and optional profile picture.
• Attendance: clock-in and clock-out timestamps.
• Location: GPS coordinates at the moment you clock in/out, if you grant location permission.

Why we collect it

To verify attendance, run weekly engagements, and produce internal reports for management.

Who sees it

Only Taji Zuri management with the admin password can view aggregated team data. PINs are never stored in plain text.

Your choices

You may decline GPS access (your check-in will still be recorded without coordinates). Contact management to delete your account.
